I have been a loyal user of BVE for ages now. Reciently I had to format my disk and so lost all my installed programs such as BVE 2.5.3Anyway, I downloaded BVE 2.5.3 and upon extraction of files, I get error in the CAB file!!!! This has never happened before. So I went to get the BVE 2.9 BETA. I installed the .NET on my compiuter, ran BVE 2.9 and every time I do, I get
"Common language runtime debugging servces" Application error!I honestly dont know what to do; and now I cannot play ANY of my favourite routes.

Check the size of the downloaded file with that one showed on Mackoy's site: probably you'll find that it's different, so you have got a corrupted file and download it again.
May be that you need a download manager to get it succesfully if you provider caches internet traffic on his drives, or you have to wait that cached files have expired (probably within 24 hours, but it's depending on the provider's management settings).Sorry, but I can't help for the other question.Luigi Cartello
