Oooh very nice! Well worded and very accurate. It's difficult for me to provide 'active' assistance as I don't have enough time for my OWN routes, but I am quite available to answer any questions that may come up or provide objects that might be of use.PM or email me... tmcorbett@<nospam>comcast.net (figure it out! )Tim Frost

Fantastic!!For those of you who don't know, Robert wrote the original NYCTA E Line Commemorative version with the memorial poster at WTC station. This 'call for assistance' should be heeded and acted upon, this project has the capability for greatness and what a fitting thing it would be for it to be a real 'community' effort.Nice one.Saxon Locomotive Works - "The difficult we do immediately; the impossible takes a little longer"http://www.zodiac-infosystems.co.uk/rail/bve

RE: ATTENTION ALL SUBWAY HISTORIANS, ENTHUSIASTS, &c.

I decided to do a little work on I-beam supports. These are actual I-beams and not square posts. They are 12'6" high and should be 12'8" wide between the beems, and of course 5 feet to the next support.
It would look better worked onto 2+tracks, maybe i'll play with that next. I'll work on power boxes and whatnot that's supposed to be on a few posts next.I wish I could get rivets in the detailing. What do you think so far?

Information on the stations of the original 9 mile line, the Hi-V cars, and the original composite cars.
They also have track maps of the current Lexington Avenue IRT, 42nd Street Shuttle, and 7th Avenue/Broadway IRT. NOTICE: The Times Square station was originally a LOCAL stop. Express trains would run nonstop from Grand Central to 72nd Street.
