I've been spotted from some Italians that trying to download the BVE main program they get a 403-Forbidden error.Is it here any Japanese speaking that can axplain what is written about this problem at http://chiba.cool.ne.jp/mackoy/support/ ?I've tried both Altavista and Excite translations, but I've not understood much:======== Excite translation =================

At their support page,Mackoy said that because the server-provider has under-go some system restore(reform),the download service will be halted for some time...
(I'm Hong Kong people,so it may not be exact-try using http://www.systransoft.com/)

I Babelfished it a few days ago and managed to glean the fact that it should be back up and running tomorrow (August 26th). However I think there was a further message indicating that a route (Kesei Chiba Line?) is unavailable for a longer time.HTH.

Currently recreating the Heathrow Express for BVE.
