Ok, I have discovered a problem in my route. When I come to put the platform between 2 tracks at Ramsbury, it causes both track viewer and BVE to cause an error and close. It works earlier in the route. HELP!!! The tracks are 10m apart, and if I use .form 14;0;0;0 then I get a platform but no edge on track 0. However, if replaced with .form 0;14;0;0 then the above error occurs... anyone able to shed light on the matter???Cheers
So what's the error? And make sure you've specified Structure.FormR(0) Structure.FormL(0) Structure.FormCR(0) Structure.FormCL(0)
--You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!-- Eh, where did my signature go? Where has my favourite LUL train gone? Maybe it was sent for bolt checking again...
What error message do you get? What does it say. I think I know what your problem is. I may have had the same as you have right now. Can you be more specific about the situation? Is it just a standard platform or one that has a gradient? etc etc Hope I can help.

I can't really be more specific, it is not a BVE related problem but it comes up with a box saying BVE has encountered an error, and then shuts. Same with Trackviewer. It is just a standard platform between 2 tracks, no gradient or anything. I am confused!!!
Hmm, I can understand you're confused. You can try this: replace the original platform object with another one. The Uchibo standard platform for example. Just use the same command .form 14;0;0;0 as you described before. If this works fine, then you should take a careful look at the code of your object. Hope this works out fine... Good luck!
Excellant... all sorted... don't know exactly why, but it appeared that it did not like positioning the platform structures at this point, even tho it didearlier in the route... go figure!! Re-copied the files from where I got them and it works fine now.Cheers for help

I had mine a metre too short!!-- Nathan Whitington
