RE: New site opened

OK. Now I'm making links homepage. I cannot make uploads until a week has finished. The "conditions and terms" say them. But, I'll wait.

And most of them only last a few weeks! (I speak from experience here, FREEWEBS IS Sh*t!)You can't have more than 7 pages, bandwidth far too low for BVE needs the list is endless...

Then you get loads of BVE sites with the same designs! I'll admit, I have limited knowledge of HTML when starting so I used those templates. But now I am much better and have started to chnage the appearance of my site. I have even started using javascript...As for freewebs, 3 days, and I ran out of bandwidth. People are so interested in my DLR route (Thanks BTW )tahts I used a months bandwidth allowance in 3 days! So I was offered webspace by someone at the forums!

Yes, your Docklands route is very good, I agree. But I think you will call me next year. Why? THE WALL entire route. .... or I think this.

What the hell are you on about?! Anyway let it be known that I rarely download any routes/trains other than British ones... (There are a few execptions though. But I certainly have not downloaded or any intention of downloading anything youv'e done Rufus. You make no sense at all)

>Yep, Free-Hosting are brillient, apart from the occasional Access Denied error. Ah, yes, that can be a bit of an annoyance. It happens when the server is too busy to handle the request. The problem is that the FTP server is on it's own dedicated box seperate to the web servers (allowing the web servers to stick to what they're good at, serving web sites ) this does mean though that everyone is all using the same FTP server, so it can at times be rather busy.

Yes, free-hosting is the best! I am incredibly happy with their hosting... access denied every so often is something I can certainly live with! My site rarely seems to go down and I've never gotten any emails or complaints saying I'm using too much bandwidth! Plus it's run by a really nice guy! The only better deal on the net is free-hosting.myownserver/acrosstheroom But that's slower.http://union-atlantic.com is hosted from my home. It'll soon have some content, that sound on the intro page removed, and some other things. And just for the record... the server is a PII-MMX 400mhz with 226mb ram, 3-40g hard disks, and no monitor keyboard, mouse, or any other HID. It just has a network cable and a power cord coming out of it! And it's running windows 2000. Yes I know not the best platform for webservice but it's no-frills and I've never had it fail.Tim Frost

Joshim,
I haven't a hell. I have Dark Sides.
Well, if you don't interest in my routes, no problem. A thing: in the spanish server, Animals Line has more than one thousand clicks! I didn't wait this, I swear.
Cheers.
