Problems on te MKRB

Hello everybody,Recently I've downloaded the Mulkreisbahn from bve-train.de (you know, the christmaspresent from last year)The problem is that it won't work properly. This problem comes up at every routefile in BRR and in the official BVE startup program. I mailed to BVE-TRAIN.DE, but they don't reply (I,ve sent the email about 2 months ago). T%hink I had the same problem, you will probly find that if open OEBB5047.RW that its looking for some objext and bitmaps that sare spose to be in the Objext directory i.E. the files will have ..\ infront of them.I think the problem is that people creating the routes put files that thaey are going to use alot in that directory but forget whan thaey pack them for us that thaey need to pack them too, only packing the object directory of the project, a pest.Any way I worked out what should be there so I could pack just that directory and send it to you if it would help and if you want.Tom

Eilzug_OEBB5047.rw is not a route file being in those furnished by Martin Finken, there are only:
Eilzug_BR211.rw
Fruehzug_BR211.rw
Gueterzug_G2000.rw
mkrbOriginal.rw
Personenzug_BR644.rw

Like Jaap, I have the same problem with this otherwise wonderful route...Once passed the third station, quit a lot further on the line, it does it again...

All the files are correct in the download of the MRRB Route.
But you must also install the files from the oldstr.exe from Mackoy.And than the route is working without any problems.greatings

Thanks for the advises, I am going to try them now.And for Luigi, I think I made the routefile myself by changing the train in another routefile in wordpad.I think I'm going to drive this route alot.Greetings,Jaap Stegers

In the error window shown before rendering, the text line:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\BVE\Railway\Route\Oostenrijk\MKRB\Eilzug_OEBB5047.rw(115) : error 53: File not found
states that at line 115 of the route file Eilzug_OEBB5047.rw there is a missing file called.If you have simply renamed Eilzug_BR211.rw to Eilzug_OEBB5047.rw (changing the train folder, but without adding or deleting any other text line), at line 115 you can read:
WallL(2)=FormWallL.b3d
Well, the missing file is FormWallL.b3d that, as said by Martin, is part of oldstr.exe by Mackoy.Oldstr.exe can be downloaded from the Download BVE Support Page at http://chiba.cool.ne.jp/mackoy/support/downloads.shtml (click on the first diskette icon that you see).Luigi Cartello

Thanks Luigi, I coulds,'t find the oldstr.exe on the site of Mackoy, I tried to find it by uding google, but that wasn't any good. Now it's working alright, no failure messages at the startup.Thank's and many greetings,Jaap Stegers
