Eh, where did my signature go?
Where has my favourite LUL train gone? Maybe it was sent for bolt checking again...

Actually, windows is one of the few file systems in which few things are case sensitive. Unix, Linux, and several other systems are case-sensitive.It's a small price to pay for such reliable operating systems! Tim Frost

RE: LRT1973 Update Released!

I don't know if you'll understand me, but...Acceleration sounds smells in BVE like BCN L4 stock trains , but in the reality there are like L1. I tell us this thanks to the cabride videos located in Jubilee/District Line website ( http://www.jubileeline.org.uk ).Rufus.

RE: LRT1973 Update Released!

Well, I'll be sincerely. Have you travelled in a 1967/72/73/C77 London Stock Train? If yes, listen to the acceleration train sound on max. increasing power (I think P3, in BVE and in reality). Forget BCN examples. Only think in this. After travelling, answer this question: -Are the real acceleration increasing power sounds the same than in BVE? Rufus.

>wants to become famous... If you can do anything better send it to me and I shall gladly reupload the train. If you're going to whinge like that, compare say the 96TS to the BVE version, or the 72 MkII to the BVE version or the 323 to the BVE version (but as they're not made by myself then there will of course be fine). The 117 may be released soon, i'm holding it back for a while for no reason in particular.--

Yes, the other trains don't sound totally correct(but not noticable at all unless you put your ear to the speakers), but what's that funny sound when accelarating from a standstill, and what's that sound when braking, just before stopping? Some air sound?EDIT
*cough* You want me to do a better one? When I have done it before(panel related, not sounds), but you never used them. E.g. I have edited the Handle.bmp to delete the extra blue parts to save space, and corrected the handle animation(front should be brake and backwards should be power). I sent it to you and you replied, but you never used it anyway. This was only a few days before the Picc was released. So I helped you improve the panel a bit as you had to finish the Picc.

RE: LRT1973 Update Released!

One moment, I'm talking about acceleration/deceleration system! The rest (handle, open/closed doors, loop and run sounds) is the same sounded in reality.Rufus.

That noise is the TBC clicking into position (watch SB's DEV starting at EBDY and listen for it)I shall try to find some better sounds for the accelleration, meanwhile keep your hair on.--

The sound is TBC clicking into position? Then at every notch, there would be a click, which can't be simulated unless it is releasing brakes.
