Well, about this subject, I think that can make, with a car cabview with only speedometer, because if BVE is a TRAIN simulator, we don't change gear levers. We use P1,P2,P3,P4 and P5.
The city is fictional.
Stations? My house.....Sue's supermarket.... Tom's cinema, Jack's school.... hehehe and I'll finish this ride in My house again .
What do you seem about this project?Rufus.

With BVE, your imagination is the only limit.Enough said! Build it and we will come... put your heart into building it (this means, do it for yourself and not for fame, not to spend every waking moment on it) and we will not only come... but we shall stay, and help you to grow with your creations.Tim Frost

>Not too much, people... sorry...Have you tried to make a curve less then 60 meter of radii (40, by example) and to run on it with whatever train?Street cars and busses typical curves are too sharp for BVE Luigi Cartello

RE: Can I make a car ride route?

My first steps with BVE were.... lol. I made 50 meters of radius (.curve 38), for example. Well, I make my car ride with Routebuilder, and after, I edit with Notepad the curves radius and work finished!.Rufus.

is the absolute limt, the theoretical minmina
for radi is about 4m.However belwo about 50m the limiting factor isn't
the radi but the number of poloygons needed to do
the grpahics rendering for a smooth curve..Alex

>Alex NOPE, it's not a gfx problem. The limit is found first in the dynamic of the train: how the train moves in curves, how friction force slows it down, how it springs every 25 meters.Boys, try to drive a train on a 40 meter curve and then you will understand what I'm saying.Luigi Cartello

Eh, where did my signature go?
Where has my favourite LUL train gone? Maybe it was sent for bolt checking again...

RE: Can I make a car ride route?

And for the brakes? You choose, until B4 or only B1 in order to stop strongly, like the rallies of Formula One? That can gets increasing deceleration power to ten or twelve (minimum).Rufus.
