Excellent site! Indeed it's neither a graveyard or railway museum, but a criticism of the latter. The author of the site took the images at the railway museum at Tuttlingen, but seems to think it's more graveyard than museum. The Class V200 B-B was a diesel-hydraulic express locomotive built in 1953. There were approx 100 built, using Maybach engines of 1100-1350 Hp. Christopher Tarana Ferroequinologist

I just downloaded the train.dat guide from Wulf's site, and now I'm trying to figure out exactly how many motor sounds I need (for a steam engine yet!). Christopher Tarana Ferroequinologist
Translation text V200:The V200 is saved. It is being restored at Gmeinder with help from the EMN.This V200 is one of series which were bought by SBB CFF FFS in 1986 and were numbered Am 4/4 18461 - 67.Peter.
Here in Spain a private railway maintenance company own one for material transport,I think it working. I see a photo of this private v200 in a german page dedicated to v200 locos with photos of v200 from Germany (mostly) and from all over the world. I would exploit this and ask if somebody know a page link from I can get motor sound samples of running v200. and also a photo of the cabin I get one but is incomplete.
Hey frog3,I think these locos used the Maybach MD 650 engine which is basically the same as the MD 655 fitted to the British Class 52 'Western' diesels, so look for recordings of these and you will have the closest thing you're likely to find without hearing a running V200 CiaoSaxon Locomotive Works - "The difficult we do immediately; the impossible takes a little longer"http://www.zodiac-infosystems.co.uk/rail/bve
Thank for the info Wulf_9 I will look for this British Class 52 . From my deep memory I remember turbo renfe loco sound , I think it was the v200. I must say that even the photo panel of v200 I have is not all the panel, speedometer, air pressure, brake and throttle handle are in visible. this should be enough for make a complete panel
