I saw on steve greens website that on the route map there seems to be a branch developing down to Littleton dock, is this available or in development or not being done, cause i think it would be great to have to branch go to a harbour station and your passengers depart onto a waiting sealink ferry, how 80's BR is that? very cool.Any info people? Thanks,Karlos

I am not sure if it in development but it may inclde a 33 travelling a boat train. It could be like Weymouth Quay where the Cromptons (Weymouth Boat Trains) used to travel down 2 lane roads. The tracks now pass a BHS

As far as I know, there's one line in the U.S. that's still operated in the middle of a road, the South Shore Line, which is also the last interurban in the U.S. The official site is at http://www.nictd.com/. Thanks for the cool links!

>I meant the littleton dock line may incorperate it. I knew that was what you meant!>Great sites Zazzy Cheers! I suppose it was a little bit OT, but the sites should serve anybody wanting to create a quayside route in the same style as the Weymouth line..... Maybe Steve has already got plans to do this..... we shall just have to wait and see.
Peace,
ZB

Exactly my thoughts I did think it would be a nice idea to have a short run in the style of Weymouth, yes Don't know if I'll ever get the time to do it though..Perhaps someone with coding experience might want to have a go, a new '2 mile challenge' as it were, using the original SRV2 objects as a base? If anyone wants to, then send me the files and I'll merge them into Littleton and host them.Cheers

>permission granted, go wild so to speak ? Lol, Permission is already granted as long as I host the files and the quality and type of scenery is equal or better than the route already available Cheers

Humm.... Littleton...Sealink.....Might work. I have been looking for a port and contract company for the MV Marlin. I was hoping for a Med. or island contract,(been a cold winter), but money is money, so maybe a UK port for the summer. I can deliver the passengers to the boat train and maybe carry some cars or rail cars as a side line.

LAST EDITED ON May-23-03 AT 03:32 AM (EDT)

Wulf that would be excellent!! Have got most of your stock! I wondered though, could you make another version where the loco is at the rear, and the sounds are a little faint, which would go nicely with the TC set. Perhaps I could send you the panel some time?I have already got the tracks to diverge off to Littleton station, and through the tunel. I'll get to work a bit more tonight, although this morning I'm in London recording Slammer sounds.

Yes,If you have a panel for the DVT send it along and let's see if a Crompton shove set can join John O.'s ECML 91 in being the first two Bve trains to be driveable from both ends CiaoSaxon Locomotive Works - "The difficult we do immediately; the impossible takes a little longer"http://www.zodiac-infosystems.co.uk/rail/bve

HAPPY NOW? It's not moving anymore.
It's still the same train but in another livery, that's all.

Not forgetting that the BVE 91 will be drivable from both the no 1 and no 2 cabs. (Slanted and blunt ends )

Which trction will be in the route files and will it be able to start at Blighton and diverge at the points just before Littleton with the speed limit 25mph? (as it says whilst driving)
