Fog = Darkness? – image 1

Right, we all know fog right?
Well can you make the fog black, instead of the grey/whispy white, make it black, and quite thick, because then, on a night run, it will give the effect of headlights!?Maybe people that use fog can experement- i know i am trying!Many Thanks,
Pete

HAPPY NOW? It's not moving anymore.
It's still the same train but in another livery, that's all.

RE: Fog = Darkness?

How did you do it? I was thinking of doing a night run of the DLR, if I have extra time...BTW, I was away for some time, work has resumed on the DLR route, you may have noticed that I was silent for a few days now...!

Joshim,
currently constructing the DLR Route for BVE check out MY NEW WEBSITE http://joshimsbveroutes.gamehorizons.net/

RE: Fog = Darkness?

Try .fog 25;125;55;55;00 ( or lower number for the color values) set the second number for a value that would work for the headlights on your train. Make your ground a darker version and the track a slightly darker version than the day type and it sort of looks like objects appearing out of the darkness. I tryed to make a "cone" of light grey / yellow semi-see through in the panel bitmap, but it never looked right.
