Hi StefanoI like the scenery and the concept of this advanced version of cittadina. Although it is a fictional one,the station names refer directly to Rome. Some Points: 1. Stop signs would be appreciated, I always get confused where exactly the train must stop.2. IMHO Speed limits should be imposed, especially before diverging switches.3. Between Viale Cavour and Sesto stations, the train looses all its power and I cant find a way regain it or restart the engine.... Any help please? O.T. Speaking of Rome, it would be nice if a fellow from Italy developed the Roma Pantano narrow gauge line (or what is left of it now)and the appropriate "treno bloccato".Smile2evan
Thanks for your suggestions. This route is just an experiment..... >Although it is a fictional one,the station names refer directly to Rome. The names used for the stations are common in the cities and villages in Italy .... they exist also in Milan where I am living .... > Stop signs would be appreciated, I always get confused where exactly the train must stop. I forgot to put stop signs, but you can use the timetable (F4) and the position of the train in the route to recognize when the train is near the stop point.> IMHO Speed limits should be imposed, especially before diverging switches. I agree.> Between Viale Cavour and Sesto stations, the train looses all its power .... During my tests this never happened (using E464 of course) between Viale Cavour and Sesto but just near the end of the route. I'd like to discover the reason. May be Oskari Saarekas (his plug-in is used by the e464) can explain us the reason. Using his test route and his test trains I have the same problem more or less everywhere in his route
It might be the vigilance system. The cab doesn't seem to have a working vigilance indicator, nor an alarm sound. If you fail to use the power/brake controls (or press the vigilance key by accident) for one minute, an emergency braking will occur.Another reason might be the overheating of the motors, which'll 'break' the acceleration. There's no working thermometer, overheat indicator, or an alarm sound in the cab to warn the driver. You should add the visual and audible alarms to make the loco more drivable, or an easier solution is to remove the vigilance and overheating features. To do the latter, simply set the vigilance=1 and heatingpart=1 attributes to vigilance=0 and heatingpart=0 in the plug-in configuration file (os_ats1.cfg).
