In the News Section of ScotRailSim, it said "I had to remove the 390 (Pendolino) from the "Work In Progress" section because I honestly can't finish this project, but I have asked someone else to have a go with it and I'll leave it up to them to announce the details."
-----You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!----- Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it. Eh, where did my signature go? Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it. Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)! It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet. Anyway, I warned you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...

I think the small side window is small as to keep drivers focused on the tracks ahead. The Class 390 would still have been a welcome addition to our BVE installtions - especially when Watford Junction - Rugby is done, unless ... You don't want one of those! Horrible trains - claustrophobic cabin - uncomfortable seats, dodgy air conditioning! Titchy little windows Yuck!I was in a Sprinter today, that was more comfortable!!!!Nah - you definitely don't want a Pendolino!!
You hit the nail right on the head.Last time I was on one I returned on a voyager, I hated it that much. Having proper size windows and working air con was a welcome relief. Pity about the seats.
From Robert's web site, I have understand that he is unable to find the traction sounds for the class 490. However, the sound issue can be resolved easily. The sounds of the class 460 is very similar to the class 490. This is because Alstom uses the same architecture for the traction package, the Alstom Onix. The only difference form the class 460 is that the class 490 have tilting mechnaism instslled as well. Regards Hongjian
I like pendolinos and voyagers from the drivers view and exterior view. From the passengers point of view they're horrible, the hard seats being the main thing. I long to drive a pendolino, I'm going to have to work for virgin some day.
