I recently downloaded the excellent Trainsimcentral Northern Line v3 but am having a couple of problems. I downloaded and installed the BVE 2.6.x signal patch but still have the bright blue border around my signals. Could anybody help with where I am going wrong? I Also downloaded and installed the three types of traction reqd, 1972/1, 1938 and 1995 stock but only the 1995 stock is in the train list. Again, have I missed something? Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi Phil,First of all DL the attachments below then extract them into your, "Program files/BVE folder", and let it overwrite the ones you now have now if they are different. These are the original default Japanese signals you had before, Then you need the BRR program which will alter the signals,Get it from ... http://koti.mbnet.fi/lopomo/trainsoft/BRR.htmlThen to update them to BVE 263 do a search for the postings on this siteYou will need "Altered signals" and "Northern Line V3" and follow the instructions (the attachments in these postings will clear the faults)As for the trains the BRR program allows you to use any train with any routeJohn
Hi John,Thanks for your help and the links to those files. They worked a treat. They made a big difference to the LUL sims, espescially the tunnel sections. Thanks again,Phil
