Are you getting an Error message? are the curved rails going in the opposite direction? We need some more info if you need help trying to solve this.Sacha

I don't see why you need to put railends in every time you want to change a railtype. The reason the track width's don't add up is those made in switch differ slightly from those made by some previous developers.
also make sure the radius of the tracktypes adds up to the ones you have called in the routefile. If all else fails remove some of the graduation from the curve Radii to simplify matters.
Finally when generating curves in switch to be used as railtypes and not as freeobjects make sure you have the 'turn angle to outside' option selected.

>I don't see why you need to put railends in every time you
>want to change a railtype. But they are useless as well! Looking at the screenshot, there doesn't even seem to be another rail 4, rail 5 and rail 6!

-----You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!-----
Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it.
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it.
Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)!
It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet.
Anyway, I warned you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...

RE: Smooth Curves

Hi Zane!!When creating curves in Switch it asks;Shall the curve be turned it's own angle to the outside (y/n)?
This is required if you want to use the curve as a rail(x) type.
If you didn't select "yes" the first time around, re-make your curves remembering to say "yes" at this point and let us know what difference it makes.Technical Numpty

RE: Smooth Curves
