I need some help. I am trying to add some sound files to a Japanese route that I downloaded. The route does not have station announcements when the doors have opened and I took some sound files from another Japanese route and put them in the sound folder of the route that I wanted them to sound in. Then I took the first route and programmed one of the sound files to play in the first station, but it does not play. Is there something that I need to do, or can you play files from one route to another?

RE: Adding a sound file to a route

In the 8th parameter of .Sta command, insert the path of the sound file in the Sound directory. I.E.:
.Sta Captain Scarlett; 115950; 120000; ;-1;0; ; CaptScarlett\sound.wav; ; ; ,

Alifana Railway (Italy): Km 41.246, single diesel track with 50UNI rails. 8 stations and 4 stops.
Trains: Aln663, Aln668, Aln773/880, BR211.

Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it.
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it.
Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)!
It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet.
Anyway, I warned you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...
