Off Topic, I know but do the alleged comments
constiute 'intent' in the legal sense?Surely an 'attack' would fall foul of the
Computer Misuse Act (or it's equivlants)

Last night, I posted the following message on Anas' forum:
Anas. I read your post on train-sim.com saying you were leaving. I clicked on the link that you posted out of interest and
it was a web page which popped up loads of windows saying "You are an Idiot!" and a loud sound file in the background
yelled "You are an idiot!" at me. I turned the sound off and switched off my computer's power. However, I am now worried
about that my pregnant cat's kittens may have died because my cat fled out of my room in shock because of the noise. I am
not here to start a flame war or anything, I would just like an apology. I will respect you more if you do that, than if
you ignore this topic completely.YoursMatthew Just now, I opened my mail to find someone with the email address "Owner-Senco-forum" had sent me the the malicious virus W32.Klez.H@mm, which had luckily been picked up by my virus guard!
