Hello Guys, I have recently been in contact with an American fan of Boso View Express named Matthew Tilley. He is a busy person and doesn't get much spare time and he was wondering if I could post the following messege. He is intrested in developing the Rohr Trains in America on such lines as the Bart (Bay Area Rapid Transport) system in California. I do not know much about the trains. He is looking for a source of sounds for his train. He is very determined to make the train or a route! If you could help with sounds or know anyone who could, pop me an e-mail and I will pass it on to him. Thankyou for reading this and we look forward to any replies.Damon Cox
Here is a website with many sounds, including BART trains.http://www.audiolicense.net/sfx/subcats.asp?maincat_id=1373They ARE free, if you RIGHT-click "Mp3". The prices are there if you want it on a CD, or something of the sort BTW, Tell him "Good Luck" on the project!
If I read the page correctly, the fee is for the licence to use in commercial type works like a comercial or record. I saw nothing on the site the talked about personal or non commercial use. Perhaps something could be worked out for non moneymaking use sugh as BVE
I can get more than that too, being that I'm from the area. If I remember next time I'm researching CalTrain I'll bob onto BART and take some recordings. Tim Frost
