I've found that F8 button speeds up the time, few times faster! That also means that the train speeds up and brakes much faster as well!If you want to pause the simulation, the F10 button is the one to press.Forget the 600km/h train, why would you need it when you have just this!

Yeah, but be careful because shift+F7 will speed you up, crl+F7 will slow you down 5km/h (or speed you up 5km/h in reverse...), F6 will close the doors if they're open, and F5 will RE-RENDER the route. I hate it when I hit F5 when I didn't mean to. This works the same as developers mode in BVE 2.5, but I'm not sure why it's always on. I'd like a way to turn it off to prevent me accidentally re-rendering halfway through a route, but if I don't get one, that's ok too. Tim Frost

>have just this! Why? You could use that 600km/h train WITH F8...

-----You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!-----
Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it.
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it.
Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)!
It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet.
Anyway, I warned you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...

WelcomeBefore I start talking to you about the subject in hand, may I just say that it is not advisable to bump up 4 month old topics.
Back to the matter in hand, BVE.NET. You may have heard it also as Version 2.9 or BVE BETA, which was a public test for the still to come, V3.0.
What Mailer_Diablo is referring to by saying "Time Machine" is not an actual time machine that takes you back / forward in time but as a way to speed time up while driving in BVE. The BETA is no longer intensionally available for public download.Virtual Rail - http://www.virtual-rail.co.uk

>What is time machine (BVE.NET) and how do you get it Hi Scotrail2,Time machine is just a phrase that was used to speed up the train to go faster than it should do originally when using BVE 2.9 beta (BVE.NET). When BVE 2.6 is in creator mode, you can use the 'F' function keys to make the train go faster or slower, close the doors, etc etc, but in BVE 2.9 you don't need to be in developer mode.Hope this clears up the mis-understanding Sacha<EDIT>Damon just beat me to it !!!!!!!<ENDIT>

SLUGS !!! He created slugs, they can't speak, they can't hear, they can't operate machinery. Are we not in the hands of a lunatic here? If I was the creator of the universe, I wouldn't fluff around with butterflies and daffodils, I'd start with lasers, 8 o'clock, day 1, POW !!!!
