LH MeltingNB, If you don't know how to alter/extract Japanese routes theres my article, "How To Download,Run & Alter Japanese Routes" (v3.1). It contains all you need to run the majority of Japanese BVE routes correctly, (with screen shots),how to anglify the route files with freeware programs and sources of Japanese railway infomation plus a full picture list of Japanese railway signs and their meanings. To get it .....Go to ..... http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BVE/files/ (It's a 838Kb download)DOWNLOAD DETAILS ....... NB,... You will probably need to use a download manager to get these files,(I did). If you haven't got one do a search on google for, "STAR DOWNLOADER". This program is FREEWARE with NO adware or time restrictions. For the files, Go to ....... http://okap.s27.xrea.com/route/index.htmlAnd download ......Object .... oerstr.LZH (3.53Mb)
Route ..... Use the corrected route files included as an attachment in this post (station names in English, and speed limits all restored)
Sound ..... (Optional), DL from the links in GREEN above "sound files" (3 of), AND "sound Files" in YELLOW (2 of),
Train ..... 8000-4-6.LZH AND 5000-4.LZH (scroll down the page), BTW both trains have the same fault, To correct them Copy from the, "113_4" train folder you'll have from the Uchibo default line ... "Ats.WAV",
"AtsCnt.WAV"
and "Ding.WAV" Then paste into the two train folders you've downloaded, overwriting the originals, (the originals are silent)
Use LH Melting to extract ALL filesNOTE.... For some reason the original author has forgotten to include a .BMP and a .CSV file in the main object DL, so I have included these in the attachment (as I had the original route before). Simply drop the, "oer" folder into your BVE/OBJECT folder once you've put the original downloaded one in, this will cure any faults with the route filesIf you have any problems/comments with the files/routes, please post belowHave fun,John.
