MLT SD70M repaint

This is my first attemp at repainting the MLT models . This is a fictional road called Apache Route . I would like to thank Danny Beck , and the folks at MLT for the SD70M model it is superb work .Archer01

Actually, all you need to do is upload the set giving credit to MLT, and leaving out the CABVIEW and .s files, just like all the other repaints of the SD 70 already uploaded. Can't wait to have these babies! You did a great job on them.Chris Bogley

Yeah no kidding...That is just an all arounds sweet looking engine. Nice colors, great looking logo. Looks like I will have some run through leased power to run on Hoodoo Pass next week.Chris Bogley

Thanks for the compliments. As for the reporting marks if your asking about the print below the Cab numbers that is "SD70M" , but if your asking about the Railroads reporting marks I'd imagine it to AR = Apache Route or ARX , but thats just too CSX for me . :pArcher01

Archer, I usually dispise most fictional stuff, because it is usually flashy and too much contrast in the colour scheme, and just stands out too much on a train.Your repaints look very realistic, something a real railroad would use.Good job on the repaints!

Again thanks for the compliment . I've heard rumors around the paint booth that Apache Management has an order of C44-9CW's coming , but alas I'm just the painter not management .Archer01

What about the rumor that had bought some old SP SD 40's and painted themI know your head is probally swelling at our delight with these engines, but I will say it once again, they are really nice. I think someone said how they didn't really like the fictous paint schemes becasue often the colors are too bright, and this and that, but you really did a great job. Looking forward to seeing whatelse the Apache has to dish out!Chris Bogley
