Close, this was one of the rare C36-7 rebuilds. The C33-7s were mainly used on Crawford Hill on coal trains, but that worked well enough that BN thought they could use the same upgraded components and even more horsepower to get a general freight version which would increase track speed. The C36-7 was less successful, apparently the stress of 3,600 horsepower was too much, and these suffered decreased life and increased operating cost. They did last a few years though, and would have been higher performers while they were in their youth.
Note, these were not to be confused with C36-7 factory builts. Several roads ran the factory versions, which shared the same electrical components and traction motors as C30-7s. The BN rebuilds should really be considered C36-7.5s, with some of the electrical equipment and traction motors upgraded to almost Dash 8 standards
