RE: Suddenly it's here....

I told Rich awhile back that you can run almost anything on this route and it fits right in. Being an ex IC engineer I run Paul Fowlers great IC Paducah builts Geeps. Perfect route for whatever the mood is for you modern or fallen flags. Nice shots and have fun, I am.Later,CSK

RE: Suddenly it's here....

that's the great thing about Rich's routes. You can run just about anything from any era and it looks at home, because he creates the feel of anytown, USA (or Canada, for that matter, eh?) Tim Baldwin

RE: Suddenly it's here....

Were did you get the track texture? Or how did you get that track texture?

All ways remembering BigBoy 4023 and her run through Green River Wyoming on train 359 a 600 car mixed freight with a yellow Union Pacifc caboose on the rear.

RE: Suddenly it's here....

Thanks... Here are a few more. The first is an aerial photo taken just outside the city limits of Suddenly. The other two were taken near the wye track at Interchange. Modern power looks good here too...Tim Baldwin

More nice shots.Everything looks good on the Canton. It's also a great route to play with in the route editor.I couldn't help but do a crossing rehab on the whole line.I think I'll play with the bridges next.

That is the only downfall of this route is the default crossings. The non animated rural crossings are great. I am going to try and play with the RE and see what I can do as well. This route is still worth it's weight in gold.Great work to Rich and crew.
Cheers

No offense was intended with the crossing rehab. It's just that I used to be signalman and I couldn't help myself!Canton's small size makes it the perfect route to "superdetail".
