I'm posting these just as an example of an idea that i had.I notice that most screenshots have a single train.I wanted my screenshots to have a little more realism.Instead of running an activity, and waiting for a train to pass by,i decided to create a "consist" in explore mode, that started with 2-3 loco's up front, and 40-50 pieces of rolling stock.I then added another 40-50 at the end of my first set of rolling stock, then added 2-3 more loco's,making sure the last loco is facing backwards, then saved the consist as "double"(example;NS-9X3-dbl-bethgon-flx50-mixfreight-nsgp38X2)that way i can see what consist i need to look for in the drop-down menu. When i start out the game i take my train to a siding(long enough to hold 50 cars and 2-3 loco's)uncouple them on the siding, then back up the front part of the train onto the main past the head end of the engines sitting on the siding. And that is how i get the 2 sets of loco's facing opposite eachother.I know this isn't rocket science and probably nothin' new,but just thought i share it with you all,and hopefully see some "dual"train shots?BTW the loco's sitting on the siding somehow show signs of idleing(exaust smoke, but no headlights).Sorry bout the poor quality of the pics(800x600)
