Now on your train you got that MSTS logo on it and on that other guys there is no MSTS logo on it....now does the new one come with or with out it????

Odd, since James said the download was for the 4723 and not the other he had posted in a pic in the main forum. Either way, it's still a small download to see for one's self. Cheers!

My guess is the other guy edited out the ad on the texture. Then he renumbered it so that he'd have several of them. I'm still waiting on my game disks to arrive, or I'd go in there and have a look myself! It is, afterall, only a small download. . .

With a little power shortage on Crawford, the ACs were all working, so this coal train is running DC. 100 loaded coal cars and 13,000 metric tons. The lead is running V4.7 physics.

Wow you guys, those are some terrific shots! Just to let everyone know that those install bugs have been corrected and a current version is now available. Just FYI...As for the logo on the nose, if you'd rather not have it there it looks like someone has already opted to remove it and I am sure the ace files will be available here. But there are no plans to make a version available sans logo. If you can't wait until then, then bust out the image editing program of your choice, do a little color picking with the eye dropper or whatever it may be called, sample the orange and using the airbrush just paint right over it. That's about the only advice I can give at the moment. =|GoldenPig

I'm glad you guys like the locomotive and are all enjoying it. However I thought now would be a good time to raise a point that's come up in the past..... Repaints!.
Indeed you can repaint MLT models but please make sure you give credit where credit is due when you distribute it.
Secondly if it's a commercial locomotive or piece of rolling stock, please don't include the .S file with the repaint, just the textures and a description of what needs to be done to the .S file to make it work.
Anyway, enjoy the locomotive, and keep those screen shots coming.Cheers,

Excellent job Danny. If using PSP I think it is easier to use the cloning tool than doing it your way, but that is just me. Then I use the soften tool, or smudge tool and then soften tool. Depends upon the size of the area I am going to be working on. Your way works just offering another way..Excellent unit and thanks MLT for allowing us to have it free. Hehe, I've been having a hard time figuring out what font you used. It almost matches the Helvetica font that I have, but not quite. Once I get it nailed down, or my own font made, I'll started puttin' in some 6s, 8s, 5s, etc., etc. Great unit! Regards,

Dan, Any chance those renumbered units making it in to the file library for those of us who have neither the time and especially the talent for our own repaints??? Also, side note for you, you sent me the photo used in Marc's new GUI interface, and I was wondering if I could use it for my own load screen, and perhaps if it turns out good enough (the set I am producing) if I could post it to the library as well for others. Just went to this spot and caught this BNSF interchange train setting off these 2 potash loads from Canada. BTW: THE PICS WERE 200K EACH AFTER I TOOK THEM, I GOT THE ORIGINALS IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE THEM (1024x760) THIS IS ON THE CSXT M&M SUB...NOT TO SURE OF THE LOCATION, BUT I BELIVE I IS NOT TO FAR FROM
THE BNSF INTERCHANGE BRIDGE....AND AGAIN....Thank you MLT for this exellent model, I rarly ran BNSF until now...Chris Wilson
