Hi folksFollowing on from the SP version I did, I had a request for a B&O repaint. Still much to do, but here it is so far.... Stew Clark said he could probably sort out the spark arrestor for the stack for the final version.Cheers

Thanks again guys!!I agree, I've also got a real soft spot for first generation diesels, and the switchers will always be something special to me as well (maybe because we're about the same age!! ) Cheers

RE: B&O SW1

Thanks again guys!! I really appreciate your kind words. Actually, it's about finished now. Hopefully Stew will sort out the spark arrestor, and with the help of Bill Cline, there should be a small B&O-flavoured consist to go with it.I've been trying to work on a suitable SW cab instead of the crappy default GP38, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. The excellent NALW SW1500 cab was my guinea pig, but at 6mb it would probably make the whole lot with consist approx 12mb!! Stew has utilised the #5 view for a virtual cab view (as in the SP version), and I guess that's how it'll stay. A great pity as I really like the NALW cab, but it's a bit of a dilemma!Cheers

RE: B&O SW1

how about uploading the cabview as a separate optional download, with perhaps an alternate .eng file for those who would need it?Tim Baldwin

RE: B&O SW1

Hi TimYep, I'd thought of that one, which is just what I might happen, although my experience with cabs is zilch. Any changes I'd make (and of course after receiving permission and an ok from NALW) would only change the viewable hood colour and remove one stack. Would it be worth a 6mb download for that? Be interested to know folks' views on this, and on another point I'm pretty sure there's someone else out there who'd make a better job of it than me anyway! LOLAny feedback/suggestions would be gratefully accepted.Cheers
