Here are a few shots of the Jetrain testing out on the FBL.
I ran a train from Mount Oliver to Olympia. From Mount Oliver to Hope's End, the max speed before slowing down is 130mph. From Hope's End down to Olympia, the max speed is 100mph. I hope you enjoy these shots. Might lobby Bjorn about high speed service on the FBL, because it is a possiblity. So far the track is good for 100mph operation. So far FBL management likes the Jetrain and engineers like how it handles (kudos to NALW for that one). Passengers say they have never been in anything better. They say its better than the Amfleet coaches. FBL might be ordering a set for the time being (all you reskinners out there here's an idea)So in ending I hope Bjorn takes my idea into consideration and enjoy the pictures, in no particular order. Oh btw a non railfan was at Lake hurst minding his business when the Jetrain showed up. He'd never seen anything like it. usually commuter trains get lead by GP38-2's with HEP cars converted form F7B's, GP40-2W with the same rigging as the GP38's, or P32's, leased from GE with New Haven Paint. But he saw the train and thought it was very snappy looking, so he got a ticket to ride on one. He's been impressed so far. that story is next.Stay Tuned

The quality of the pictures sucks balls I know but I was in a hurry when I uploaded those shots. I do have one of the train doing 130mph somewhere, I'll get some 100mph shots somewhere. the curves are so gentle that's why I decided to go for 100mph operation. Now the GP38's are off doing something else. If it comes to fruition, I'd like to see it

Hey is it my system or on the NALW Jet train the Train brake is the throttle and the throttle is the train brake.

Here is a pic of the Real Jet Trains cab...
I believe that the big lever NALW has as the throttle actually is the brake lever. And one of the "throttle" handles is the throttle and the other is the blended braking or something to that nature.
