Hi,
There were many of these with sometimes over 50 responses and I really enjoyed seeing your most realistic screenshots.
So does anyone have some realistic screen shots they'd like to share?
I'll put a few togheter later.
Thanks

Rob.

This may be cheating... ^_^ Hope not.For a time following the war, the B&O was actually allowed access to Pennsylvania's New York station. Here a Royal Limited heads south on a section of Pennsy's newly electrified main line.Cheers!

Nice shot. Made me wonder how a PRR K4 would look on that run. Dave Mikulec

RE: Most Realistic Screenshots

I like that pic... How do you get the blur, like a long exposure on a camera? Or is it a enhancement from a photo editing program?

I took the screen shot PCX and dumped it into Paint Shop Pro. Then I grayscaled it (Made it B&W) and used the "Aged Newspaper" filter to make it look old. Then I *CAREFULLY* selected the outline of the train and applied a "Motion Blur" filter. Now it looks, more or less, like a train hauling a&& in a 1930's photo. The pic was taken south bound just south of Philly on the default NEC route.Cheers!

Realistic? Like when you try to get that quick shot out the car window while on the overpass and get a really good shot of the guardrail? Most Realistic Screenshots – image 66

some great screenshots there!! - aahhhh - most realistic screenshots - :O - in a way i think this is real - in a way i KNOW this is NOT real - a Pilbara Rail CM44-9W and BHP AC6000CW?!?!?! - lol - for the non aussies - the two places these units run are 250 km apart - and they are not connected to the mainline system and the units are just testing out the interlocking up ahead - the route - think Western Australia mike

That would be correct. There's hope for you yet, Tim... I actually went there for recon about a month ago. Just had to see it first hand. It was even more impressive than I hoped for.
I shot more than 500 pictures in three days !!!
