On the left is the chama coal tower, and on the right is the rusting hulk of former D&RGW 483, yeah the one in MSTS, in case you dont know, it hasnt moved under its own power since 1978/9Yeah, so I'm at Hooters at 11pm on a weeknight, who cares. ROCK ON AMIGOS!!! ROCK FEREVER!!! SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!
Here's some shots of the updated line - not yet the Cumbres & Toltec, since this is still D&RGW country! The C&TS is still 30 years after these shots were taken.Coming out of Mud Tunnel: Heading into Osier: Running across the low trestle over the Los Pinos River: Creeping over Lobato Trestle: The route is coming along, although it's been idle for the last couple of weeks due to my being out of town. Hope to have her done by Christmas, but there's still a ways to go.Andy
Thanks, Andre. If I can just find a bit more time, I'll get it out the door. But it seems that everyone, from the wife on down, is clamoring for this or that "little" project. Unfortunately, the Train-Sim gang gets put close to last on the list. Andy
Why in the hell are you running with the cylinder cocks open? We know its a steam locomotive. Besides, what good does that do?I hate it when these guys in videos are running these big engines and dont know how. They run the cylinder cocks for like 10 minutes until they hit 20mph. and decide its finally time to turn them off. Kevin Bush,
I will have my hand on the throttle of a K-36 very soon Mon Freunds!
