Buffalo route shots – image 1

LAST EDITED ON Oct-11-03 AT 03:38 PM (EDT)

I'm rushing the next beta to be released, but it needs at least one elevator to fill an empty space. I also have to complete the line from Eden to Gowanda (not in this beta).First pic shows the Great Northern elevator, somewhat ugly building?
Second pic shows a generic view to the Burrows Lot and Buffalo river.
Third pic shows the Buffalo skyway bridge which is now complete.
Some complex trackwork in 4th pic, between the Washburn-Crosby Elevator.EDIT: the old beta is again available, I paid the $19.95 and got higher transfer rates (500MB/day, 5GB/month IIRC).

It will be available at my site www.kurpo.tk. The old beta is still there. Please spread the file to other places as well (after I upload it), so the site won't be taken down again. Last time the transfers were over 1000 MB/day and ~900 MB on second day. And 100 MB/day was allowed. The new elevator can be seen in the last 2 pictures. The dry dock is hidden between it and the buildings at the foreground.

The main will be slightly over 30 miles, but there's much more track than that. ~200 miles might be close approximation.

RE: Buffalo route shots

the first thing I would do is check it with Route Riter. Also check in the Buffalo route directory for Buffalo.trk - if the .trk file is missing, the route won't show up in the sim...Tim Baldwin

Ok, To use it, its really simple, open it up, go to the path you installed the route at (C:\Program files\microsoft games\train simulator\routes\Buffalo) and hit scan or somthing like that.Oh yeah *200th post! Yay! (after 3 years? jeez!)*and dont use Plz, or other "Chat Room" Shortcuts, its impolite, and some members around here will flame you for that.

Here's one shot of the Westinghouse building and two shots of the FW interlocking. No other weather types than the clear. The weather definitions are easy to fix later, but now it's not the first thing which must be done.
