Map submission legalese – image 2

I just updated the 'Creating Yards' page so that those who submit maps are aware of their responsibility as a submitter. Of course, none of this is aimed at anyone currently making maps, because you all have been wonderful and very encouraging. However, I could see in the future how some possesive jerk could make a stink, so I thought I should make it clear 'what the deal is'. Naturally, I respect the hard work contained in your maps, but I just want to make it clear that I am the final authority when it comes to what gets posted on the server. Thank you for understanding,
Jim
Excerpt from 'Creating Yards' page:Now that you have created the files necessary for having a yard posted on the server, email them to YDSupport@attbi.com and, assuming they are of acceptable quality, they will be included in the system. Please read and be aware of the following responsibilities of the person submitting maps:-All materials submitted (including maps, images, trackwork, map labels, textual descriptions, and email correspondence) become the property of Wisman Consulting Services and the submitter agrees to relinquish any claim to their ownership. -We reserve the right to modify any submitted file as we see fit, including, but not limited to: modifying/editing the text contained in the .his file, modifying the map image for content and filesize; modifying the trackwork for visual appearance; modifying the content of text labels for content as well as to maintain consistency of style with existing posted maps; the renumbering of exits as required. -Submitter agrees not to request that any map submitted be removed from the system at a later date for any reason. -If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not submit your work. In other words, don't be a pest! Thanks, KingJPW
