Delores, Watson and Los Nietos yards are available to anyone who would like to run them. There isn't much local traffic for those yards (more at Los Nietos than other 2), at this time, just a few run throughs between Barstow/West Colton to the LAH area. I don't have anything in these yards to transfer so start with a clean slate. Have FUN!
