Notice to all visitors and members of the Train-Sim.Com message forums:
If you plan on using a signature banner in your posts, we would like to remind you that there is a maximum size for banners. That maximum is 450 pixels wide by 120 pixels high, and not to exceed 25k. Your compliance is appreciated. FORUM RULES Problems? There are two common reasons for problems with logging in and posting messages. The first is that you are running a firewall that prevents your messages from being sent to the server. The other is that you have cookies disabled; the DCForum software requires cookies to work properly.

Guys,
I understand that Paul M overcame the install problems by using an older version (from Corey) and then adding the current exe at the end.
Not ideal, but effective.So if either Paul or Corey can email me this version of the install I will try and find what the differences are (I used the current install in June on XP without a hitch) and more importantly I will distribute this to any newbie wanting a copy.Please send zip file to jameshill@dsl.pipex.comor if too large for your email clients then catch me on AOL's IM - my username is "nagajim" and send it that way.Newbies please use the same address for requests for the install file (along with some info on how to get started)Thanks in advance,Jim (Dragon)

I would agree there is some issue with the current download of the YD site. I used the same trick and got the file from Paul, installed it, then put in the latest .exe file and have Yard Duty working with no problems (aside from the lack of a code).
