Designers,I ask that all designers take some time to thoroughly re-read the Process, Introduction to Map Design, and Map Design Reference. A few people have recently brought up issues that are already clearly discussed in one of those documents, and (also speaking for Paul & Corey) I do not think that it is too much to ask that all designers be thoroughly familiar with those documents and adhere to the standards and requirements set forth therein. We volunteer much of our time to help Yard Duty grow, and it helps us greatly when you know what is expected in your submittals.To make the task a little easier, I spent quite some time today revising all three documents. The Process now contains a Table of Contents that allows all important sections of the document to be easily located. Other new additions include a few new images in the MDR and a new tutorial for creating yard ladders.Additionally, I request that all designers submit their own composite images to me using either the Manual or Automatic methods (see the Process, Appendices Ia & Ib).Thanks,
