Is there going to be a extra point/switch add the the West Colton Yard near the ballon track so trains can be switched to the second main line.

Yeah, there is still alot of work to be done on this yard. Actually, I have a detailed map of the yard which I will use to aid me in drawing this yard. The map shows every switch, track, and building (with labels) so this will most likely be the most complete yard in the game - if I can get motivated to draw it!Jim
