Superintendent of Numbered SidingsResponsible for the thoughtful analysis of siding numbers between parent and satellite maps. Ensures that siding numbers are not duplicated between these maps. Assigns numbers to sidings, which for historical reasons, have no number. Future duties may include adding hidden 'sidings' to the parent map that duplicate those of sattelite maps, so that random siding assignments can occur in the parent map for satellite maps.
