Is it just me or is the game actually fun to play now? I've really enjoyed exchanging trains with you guys and working on them. You know, for the past month during development I was getting real lonely driving trains by myslef, but now I can actually PLAY this dang game with you! Except for some small things, I think the game is in very 'playable' state now. Hope you are enjoying it and I can't wait for more people to come in and join the fun.Jim

It's funny that you should mention working on your model railroad. I always dreamed about having a large, complex model railroad so that I could do prototypical operations. The great thing about Yard Duty is that it really satisfies my desire to simulate railroad operations. When I build my model railroad, it will be a real simple loop, with a few sidings, and I will just focus on doing some nice scenery, and a few buildings, etc... I mean, why try to stuff trackwork & operations onto a model layout when the trackwork possible in Yard Duty is a million times more complex! Jim
