I would say just practise a bit on West Colton (I am planning on doing that map myself soon. I have a detailed map of the whole yard!) and focus on doing the maps east of Colton. Those would be more valuable to the game and would give you experience with the entire mapmaking process.Jim

I don't have Photoshop either. I am using MS Paint. I open the first image, enlarge the work area, then paste in the remaining images. A little tedious, but seems to work.Like Dave said, for the time being, you can upload revisions to the files section of the Yahoo group.Paul Metzger

Just the .yrd file. There are no "leaders" on the teams: Everyone is an equal, working together to deliver the goods. Check the YD site for a listing of who's on which team. (Some folks are free agents and haven't chosen to associate with a team yet.)No offense, but it seems that many of the questions you've been asking have already been answered on the YD site. If you haven't already, I'd suggest taking some time to carefully read through the entire site -- you may find answers to your as-yet-unasked questions. As always, if you can't find the answers there, please ask away here!-Dave

RE: exit points for a yard/map

I am sorry for the questions , it seem I was able to get past my problems early in this game , by myself . Everyone has to learn someway or another. The good point here , I gotting very good at laying down track. I am going to finish West colton Yard , unless someone is doing it too . It would be nice if there was a team to finish up the major yard projects . I Been using a lot of Topographic maps to look at the West Colton Yard .
