I am having a problem laying ladder for West end of West colton Yard amd I ran into dead end street , I tried for two days to make 6 track yard ladders and with no luck Could someone help me , to show me what tracks to be used ( A B C D) to make ladders below is what the west end of the yard looks like on paper .
See if this graphic helps you out. The lines represent points. If you start at the end of the ladder with a line C, you should be able to do the whole thing with a C and D line. Alan
I got it work today , I was drawing the tracks in the wrong order.the right drawing order for a ladder is C,C,D,C,D,C,D,C,D,C,D,C,D,C the order I was using was C,C,C,C,C,C,C,C AND LAYING D,D,D,D,D,D.Which would make my engine stop at the first wrong swich . it taking me 3 days to learn his game well . I wonder if any one can tell me how to name the entrance and exit tracks ?? , Because I add second main track and exit point , but I don't know how to name the exit tracks .
