I just download yard Duty , but How do I get started ??? , could someone help me !!!!! how do configure my e-mail ?? how do I download yards ??

To download a yarda) Select a map from the list on the 'Trains' window
b) Goto the menu "Map\Selected Map\Download" (all three files).
