Ryan, I am having a bit of a problem with the files. I unzipped, ran the DOS file, saw it didn't copy as it should have and then copied the files from USA1 and Japan1. Got it all set, started MSTS and it locked up my system when I clicked on MCT. I deleleted everything and re did the whole thing again with the same lock up result.If this helps I am running an AMD 1700 with 512 DDR and a Nvida 2MX 64k video card.Rich

I also tried to install this route last night and followed the instructions to the letter, running the install.bat from the MCT folder in Routes but get various errors when trying to run the route. Perhaps the install file didn't work on my system because I don't have MSTS installed under the default C:/program files folder. Any ideas ?

Copy the envfiles folder from JAPAN1.Ryan Fielding

Installed as per instructions and copied all the folders as suggested, including the envfiles from JAPAN1, but it keeps giving me error messages when I try to run in explore mode as it seems to be looking for an activity.

Did you use installme.bat? There was a problem with the bat file. Try the other part of the readme.Ryan Fielding

Also the readme has been updated - login and goto 'View' on the download, then go to readme to save having to download it again.Ryan Fielding

Hi,Ryan, I saw that you have 2Mb of .bk files in your Tiles folder. Please remove this files before packaging the route.And I saw that your install.bat has only this line:

Hi,When I add those lines to the install.bat, the route installs like a charm. No errors, no problems.Overall I like the route. There are places where you have something to do. But other places look very nice. Somewhat much tunnels I think.Dick van den Hoven

I love it, I just can't find the Tram. Anyway, It has inspired me to make my own tram line for my fictional city North Metro with 2 branches and TRAM FREIGHT! (neat, I already have a boxcar in TSM) -NHtrain

I have been operating Matt's PCC on the Modern City Tramway (MCT) MSTS route. It looks very nice, and the genuine PCC gong adds a nice touch of realism - keep up the good work, Norm!Problem: I started running two-car PCC trains over the weekend. I have discovered there are at least two curves where a two-car train stalls. One is the inside (inbound)curve where the branch from Croyden Central joins the main line. The other is the first 90 degree turn entering the Airport on the outbound track. In both cases, the train stalls about two-thirds of the way around the curve. It will not go forward or backward in response to commands, although it will roll a little if the brakes are released. I am not sure whether this is a problem with the PCC or with MCT, but I would like to solve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.John
