The Ohio Valley System has announced it's newest Virtual Railroad, aimed at the traction fan.OVS Traction is starting out using the Mesaba Electric route, with Red Arrow Lines on the backburner right now.If you don't know what a "VR" is, A Virtual Railroad is a group or "club" of people who enjoy Microsoft Train Simulator.
We chat and share files, and we run activities on the sim and report them to the VR. The VR tracks our hours on the roster as we move up through the ranks. And someday get paid virtual cash for VA Stock Market and other virtual sites.The Traction does not have it's own "site" yet, but we are fully operational, you can join the traction VR at any time.If you have any questions, let me know.Mike Spinelli
