All downloaders of the three Los Angeles PCCs are encouraged to grab the LA PCC performance fix now in the file library. It fixes the brake lock-up and lack of a working horn that many were experiencing with these units. So get those streetcars out of the carbarn. You'll have more fun with them after these files are installed. Just replace the existing files with the new ones and you're good to go. Instructions included.Frederick Dreany
