The double ended cars that the MTA purchased from Dallas were unique and purchased for only one purpose. The Northeastern University route down Huntington Avenue was a dead end and was located at the portal to the Huntington Ave Subway. Another route went down Huntington but turned at Brigham Circle to return. The other route was the Arborway also on thr Huntington Ave reservation. The MTA had disposed of their last double ended cars the TYPE 5. These served well and then spent some time on the Mattapan Line. A little tweaking and I should upload this tomorrow. Engineer 1008

RE: Boston PCC Cars Double Ended EX Dallas Cars

That's a real nice-looking streetcar. A worthy addition to the MSTS Boston PCC fleet.Frederick Dreany
