Go right to - http://www.mikemad.de/msts.htm and download the beta version of Michael Barthells EP-2 "Bi polar" electric of the Milwauke Road! Its a great looking model!I find the GG1 cab suits this engine very well until a formal cab for it come out.Regards, Rich
The files for the EP-2 are now also available right here at Train Sim in the files section!Does anyone know if the Milwauke used the EP-2's for passenger, freight or both?????Rich
They are no doubt a lot easier to get from the link mentioned in the first message! A BIG thank you for this magnificent locomotive, and also especially for making it more readily available by having another upload site!Tony VallilloPS - both freight and passenger, according to "When the Steam Railroads Electrified", by Bill Middleton.
After building a small trial consist in the default editor, clicking "Save and Exit", I got the MS Send/Don't death card. After sulking about a few minutes, I went ahead and fired up the sim and tried it out anyway. To my surprise, it works. Here are some screenshots on the Eastside Railway, as it rips through the 20-foot overhead, and its' million legs walk through town.......This is a valliant effort, and commands a great amount of respect! Thanks Micheal! I always wanted one of these when I was into O-gauge traction, but couldn't afford the $900.00!!Tim ps~ Thanks Chuck for sending this!
Howdy, It is called the Eastside Electric Railway, or East Side Railway and is not currently available, because it doesn't really go anywhare yet. The route is a purely experimental one for testing ideas and theories to be used on my "serious" route, "the Portland Traction Co." which I plan to release when finished, in say, ohhh...2003-ish?
