I have a locomotive that sometimes when release the brakes ( usually the loco brakes) the keeps on running long after the brake pressure has fully recharged. This happens when I run it in an activity I've made usually after picking up cars, sometimes I can save then reload the activity and the sound has stopped. Can anything be done to stop this? Thanks for any help.
It may be still charging the reserviors in the cars (brief). You can set .wag files as below, but you will get less than prototypical performance. EmergencyResChargingRate( 6 ) also, (if extended) make sure the locomotive has the lines something like below in the .eng file. AirBrakesAirCompressorPowerRating( 3.9 ) AirBrakesMainMinResAirPressure( 14.7 ) AirBrakesMainMaxAirPressure( 140 ) AirBrakesMainResVolume( 11 ) AirBrakesAirCompressorWattage( 19000 ) AirBrakesCompressorRestartPressure( 133 ) A lot of locomotives with physics by another person, have a major error in this section, and the compressor can't shut off because the minimum is above the restart pressure.
