I am attempting to change the sounds to the Train Artisan Lehigh Valley RS-11's. I have tried the conventional methods, such as creating a sound folder, adding all the .wav and sms files to it and renaming in the .eng folder appropriately. I also tried the alias method copying by example from two other engines that work OK. All I get is silence, both inside and outside the cab. Does the TA engine have anything unusual about it that would prohibit any changes? The sounds I am attempting to add are alcosnd.zip which was released as a replacement for the CLW 244 sounds. Could that be an issue?
Thank you for any assistance.Bob Stapleshttp://thebluecomet.com
