While outside my train, the engine sound is loudest about one car/engine length behind it instead of at the engine, where it should be. I have tinkered with Audigy settings but to no avail. I'm thinking it is a MSTS issue. Can anyone help? Thanks.Brad

RE: Problem with outside doppler engine sound

How do you get the doppler effect? I don't think I've ever heard it in the simulator.

Well actually the base of the camera would be closest to the lead engine once you focus on the car behind it. And I do get the doppler effect with my system, you should too.
