Just got the Diesels West C30-7 units with trailing unit sounds and they are excellent! Really add realism to the sim because they throttle up and down with the head end units. Now, I don't want to step on any toes here , if their technique is copywritten or something, but is it possible to do this with other MSTS units? I am not a sound expert and I will certainly purchase additional units from Diesels West as they are very well done, but I want to add some trailing unit sound to my SCL GE's and they don't seem to be offering such a thing. Can't imagine why, as SCL had a huge GE fleet .James

RE: Trailing Unit Sounds

Just download their TUSOUND.zip, not found something new. By read .sms file it contain. I think it's use speed control the sound. So if you put the handle idle later, I don't think you can hear Trailing Unit Sound back to idle. That's why I don't use it. But it can be used on AI trains. I have use such method in my ND5 package. And plus a horn when startup.
