Hey, Does any one have any sounds of Norfolk Southern radio chatter? If not is there anyone who can make one? If so then please send a sound clip to me at trainsank12@aol.com Thank you.
I have found some track detector clips, I'd like to add them to my route. I don't have a clue as to go about this. But if you'd like the detector clips, let me know. NS4Life NIN4Ever666@Yahoo.com

Chuck Zeiler posted a method and corresponding file for converting wav files from existing DED recordings as sound objects. I have tried it out successfully on a non-default route. The route has actual DED messages situated at the same locations as in prototype! Here is the thread: http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/DCForumID11/33.html. Obviously, it is quite difficult, as in my own case, to get all of the original DED recordings. Accordingly, I would recommend creating a generic message with just the railroad name as a substitute for the locations you don’t have actual recordings. I have used sound recorder.Remember to add the wavs files and associated sms files to the global route directory. Also, try a Google search for existing DED recordings. I did a quick search and came up with the following: http://www.eastrailnews.com/audio/ and http://ohiorr.railfan.net/detector.html Sincerely, Walter Conklin
